SkilledCreatives recruits, vets, and employs full-time remote professionals who work exclusively for one client. Here is the whole process — from role brief to working hire, and what happens after.

The process

Five steps, no shortcuts

1. Brief us

Tell us the role, the skills, and how you like to work. We help sharpen the job description — often the difference between an average hire and a great one.

2. We headhunt

We source actively, not just from job boards. Every candidate passes a skills assessment, a behavioral interview, and a background check before you ever see them.

3. You choose

Interview a shortlist of pre-qualified candidates. Ask anything, set a paid test task if you like. No one starts without your yes.

4. We employ

We issue the employment contract, run payroll and benefits, and handle compliance. The contract includes the exclusivity clause: your hire works for you and no one else.

5. We stay involved

Structured onboarding support and regular check-ins with you and your hire. If the fit is not right, we help you adjust the role or line up a replacement.

How is my data kept safe?
