Dedicated Graphic Designers for Everyday Creative Production
A dedicated graphic designer gives your team steady capacity for social assets, ads, presentations, web graphics, email images, templates and campaign production.

Tell us the work queue, tools, hours and must-have experience. We will shape the brief and send a shortlist for interview.
At a glance
- Role: dedicated full-time remote graphic designers
- Typical scope: designing social, ad, email and web assets from briefs, maintaining templates and resizing approved creative, preparing presentation and sales materials
- Monthly rate: from US$1,400/month, confirmed before interviews
- Model: SkilledCreatives is a management consultancy registered under ACRA activity 70201; we employ the offshore professional and the client directs day-to-day work
- Best first step: a narrow first-week work queue with examples of good output
What they own every week
- designing social, ad, email and web assets from briefs
- maintaining templates and resizing approved creative
- preparing presentation and sales materials
- organising source files and export versions
- checking brand consistency before handoff
The practical value is steady execution: visible work, fewer loose ends, clearer handoffs and better information for the manager who owns the decision.
Midweight Graphic Designer – 4+ years
Representative profile only, not a promised named candidate: someone with hands-on graphic designers experience, clear written updates, tool discipline and enough judgment to escalate exceptions instead of guessing.
Sample KPIs clients set
- assets delivered to brief
- revision cycles reduced
- template library maintained
- exports named and filed correctly
What we screen for
Every placement goes through a background check and medical check, without exception. We also screen for the role-specific skills below. If a client wants practical testing for this role, we run the specialised test the client requests and use it as part of the shortlist process. We screen for portfolio quality, layout judgment, brand discipline, tool fluency, file hygiene, brief-following and the maturity to ask for missing copy, dimensions or source assets.
How onboarding works
Onboarding starts with a role brief: tools, working hours, examples of good output, review cadence, permissions and escalation rules. SkilledCreatives shortlists candidates, you interview the people you like, and the selected person starts as your dedicated full-time teammate. The first week should stay narrow and measurable before the scope expands.
Replacement / mis-hire policy
If the placement does not work out, we replace the person free, for as long as it takes, until the client is happy. There is no replacement window and no replacement limit. Headhunting and sourcing for the replacement are included, so there is no new search fee. There is also no fee while nobody is working: if a placement ends mid-month, we refund the unused days pro-rata. For example, if the client has paid for July and the person leaves on 15 July, we refund 16-31 July. This is not more risk than an internal hire, and it is a more generous replacement policy than any headhunter offers.
Who this suits, and who it does not suit
This suits businesses with recurring production needs and existing brand direction. It does not suit a company expecting one designer to replace brand strategy, photography, motion, UX and campaign leadership at once.

Yes. We can screen for your preferred design stack.
Can they create a brand from scratch?
They can support production, but brand strategy should be scoped separately.

Yes, for asset production when specs, copy and approval rules are clear.
What happens if the placement does not work out?
We replace the person free, for as long as it takes, until you are happy. There is no replacement window or limit, replacement sourcing is included with no new search fee, and you are not charged for days when nobody is working.
